NPR - Sarah Palin - Joe Six Pack

This morning while I was driving to work I decided to flip on good ole' NPR (National Public Radio). Just following the news about the economy, elections, yada, yada a news story came on where a fellow was interviewing some Americans in Pennsylvania. He asked the question, "What do you think about Sarah Palin saying, I'm fighting for the Joe Six-Packs of America, and who is she talking about?".

Here is their reply, I'll try my best to accurately related their astounding powers of deduction. The collective group of 4 interviewees almost immediately stated that Governor Palin was talking about hard working white men who pay their taxes. They went on to deduce that what Palin meant was that Joe Six-Pack was hard working and that all others were lazy. So there goes my hopes for all of the green, pink, orange and purple people out there - take note, you're lazy so don't try and produce - only Joe Six-Pack can do that.

To say the least I was disgusted at this interview and the interpretations of Palin's remarks.

Let it be known that I am NOT for EITHER candidate - I think that they are both establishment men who will perpetuate the machine of government, taxation and invasion, however I do think that they feel they are doing what is best for American and the World - I disagree, but this is not the place for that.

So I guess I'm glad that I'm not "lazy"!
