Recently I was doing a bit of client research and stumbled upon a fascinating new technology called smart lipo.

Hopefully gone are the days of ramrodding a patient to suck the fat out. This new technique is simple, effective and has significantly less recovery time is involved.

I love how technology is making our lives better, we just need to figure out how to use technology appropriately so our lives can be simpler and more joyful. So often we allow technology to get in they way of life instead of intelligently using technology to make life simpler and easier.

My friend recently sent me this great write up on how to get the fruit out of a pomegranate. Growing up  in Southern Utah pomegranates were a pretty common treat but always a darn nuisance to get at.
